Hello everyone and welcome to my first blog post ever! I hope that you will come here on a regular basis to see what all of us designers at Indulgence have to share with you. I know that we are all excited to be a part of a team that is just jam packed with some of the most talented people in SL. One thing is for sure........if you are looking for a variety of products that are extremely high quality for a reasonable price, Indulgence is the place you want to be!
I thought that for my first post, I would tell you a little about myself and what I have to offer to you and to Indulgence. So, here it goes.........
I have been designing shapes in SL since the time I first logged on in November of 2006. I had no previous experience with anything even remotely similar to SL. I had never even chatted with anyone online before SL! In fact, my first shape ever is still being sold as the "Kira" shape. I used to make shapes and then give them out to newbies. However, as time went on, and I started spending money in SL, I knew that I needed to find a way to make some money too. And thus, my business began!
After looking around at what was available at the time, I decided that I wanted to go in the opposite direction of what everyone else seemed to be doing. I didn't want Barbie dolls with perfect bodies or anime shapes with giant eyes or skinny girls with an enormous chest. I wanted realistic shapes. Ones that looked like people you might see on the street or in the park. So, my shapes are not all stick figures with tiny waists. They have real women shapes and are proportional. Let's not forget the men, I have some HOT looking male shapes too! I create male shapes that women want to look at. Hey! I am a woman! What do you expect???
I work hard to create faces that are unique and full of character. Almost anyone in SL can create a half decent body shape. But most people (including most shape makers in SL) cannot create a good face. They are difficult to do because of restrictions of SL. I will not release a shape unless I would wear it. And I will not release it unless it looks good wearing at least ten different skins. So be assured that my shapes will look good with almost any skin you choose for them. I also offer my shapes in modifiable versions. This is because clothes fit different shapes in different ways. Also, not every person will love every single thing about my shapes. Some people may prefer a larger chest or bum or larger eyes, bigger muscles, or a different height even. So, my shapes can be modified to suit your needs.
About a half a year ago, another shape maker came to me and asked about working together with me. We have been inseparable ever since. Alexxis Laszlo uses the same high standards to create her shapes as I do mine. It is my pleasure to work with her as a partner. When you come to Indulgence, you will see our work mixed together. We are not competitors. We work together to offer you the widest selection of the best looking shapes that SL has to offer. Alexxis and I have developed some incredible male and female shapes that are sure to make everyone happy. We also both go out of our way to make sure our customers are happy. We are most happy when our customers are happy.
